If you don’t think you’ll make it to class, you have up to 3 hours before the start of class to cancel your booking. We prefer that you do this online through your account (emails or calls may not be received in time). You can log into your Mindbody account here.
Cancellations made more than 3 hours before class have no penalties. Cancellations after this 3-hour window are considered “Late Cancels”.
If you use a 1 Class Pass, Auto Renew 5 Class Pack, or 10 Class Pack – you’ll be docked that class from your pack for Late Cancels and No-Shows.
Starting January 15th 2023, all clients on our Membership, New Client Intro Month or One Year Unlimited will incur a $10 + HST charge for a Late Cancel, and a $20 charge for a No Show. This also includes Late Cancels/No Shows if you did not remove yourself from a waitlist when you could no longer attend, and were added to the class.
