We’ve included a more gentle Prenatal Yoga video that you can do every day, a Prenatal Flow video when you want more of a challenge, and one of our Core and Floor Yoga classes (with prenatal modifications) so you can start to connect with your pelvic floor. This Collection also includes a Bonus video to give you all the basics about your pelvic floor – super important to know going into childbirth!
