Core and Floor Yoga is taught by Stephanie Reynolds, Founder and Director of The Willow Studio.
Stephanie is a certified yoga instructor with additional certifications in prenatal, postnatal, and pelvic floor fitness. She has been teaching her signature Pelvic Floor Fitness Workshop and Core & Floor Yoga classes to women across Ontario since 2015. Stephanie is passionate about empowering women to prevent or reverse pelvic floor issues so that they can feel strong and confident in their bodies.
