Designed in consultation with a pelvic floor physiotherapist, this series will help you strengthen and condition your pelvic floor.

Our Core & Floor Collection contains three unique 40-minute Core & Floor Yoga classes, and a 10 minute intro video to give you all the basics.

The carefully-designed sequences combine strengthening and release work with yoga, Pilates, and body-weight exercises. Core Breath and Flower Bloom Breath cueing make them a great compliment to pelvic floor physiotherapy treatment.

Prenatal Collection

It’s not always so easy to get out to a yoga class when you’re pregnant. This is why we created our Prenatal Collection – to give you high quality prenatal yoga classes filmed at Willow, in your own home.


We’ve included a more gentle Prenatal Yoga video that you can do every day, a Prenatal Flow video when you want more of a challenge, and one of our Core and Floor Yoga classes (with prenatal modifications) so you can start to connect with your pelvic floor. Healthy Aging Collection

Our bodies need to move, every way, every day. We created this collection to support healthy, mindful movement for those aged 50 and older.

Stephanie is the Founder and Director of The Willow Studio. She is a yoga instructor with additional certifications in prenatal, postnatal, and pelvic floor fitness. She has been teaching her signature pelvic floor classes to women across Ontario since 2015. Stephanie is passionate about empowering women to prevent or reverse pelvic floor issues so that they can feel strong and confident.

Heather Clarke
Heather Clarke is a Certified Yoga Therapist, with 1000+ hours of training and additional certifications as a Recreation Therapist and Senior Fitness Specialist under her belt. She has worked for over 35 years designing, implementing and evaluating therapeutic programs within both clinical and community settings. Heather’s Yoga for 50+ is one of Willow’s most popular classes!

Jane Jopling
A fitness instructor and healthy living enthusiast for the past 20 years, Jane was originally drawn to Pilates for its focus on mindful movement that develops strong core muscles, and improves posture and flexibility. Jane completed her extensive Mat Certification at Pilates education leader, Body Harmonics.
