How it works
We automatically charge your credit card once per month starting on the date of your first purchase. You won’t see class passes on your account, but you’ll be able to book classes (excluding the Friday Pay-What-You-Choose Karma Yoga class) freely. Any day, any time.
As we have limited spots in classes, we require that clients cancel bookings that they can no longer attend at least 12 hours before the start of the class.
We appreciate you cancelling your booking online through your Mindbody account as this is the most efficient way to free up your spot for someone else. Calling or emailing us to cancel your booking means there may be a delay that would prevent someone on a waitlist from being able to come to class.
Unlimited Membership clients who repeatedly sign up for classes but don’t show up without cancelling their bookings will incur a $20 No Show Fee per class, as this unused spot could have gone to another paying client.
Memberships are not transferable or shareable.
What forms of payment are accepted for Auto-Renew?
A credit card is required for our Auto-Renew program. No other form of payment is accepted.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be charged on the same date each month. If a month only has 30 days and the billing date is the 31st, your charge will occur on the 30th.
What if I need to skip a month of classes because I’m going away/giving birth/have surgery planned, etc.?
After the initial 3-month period, you can put your Auto-Renew on hold for up to two consecutive billing periods per year while staying on your current Auto-Renew pricing. To use the Skip-a-Month feature of Auto-Renew, contact us with the dates that you want to skip, at least 7 days before the next billing date.
This is a great option for our clients who are giving birth, or who will be out of town for long periods of time.
How Do I cancel my Auto-Renew?
Auto-Renew can be cancelled without penalty any time after the initial 3 month period, as long as the cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
For example, if your billing date is the 15th of each month, you need to let us know you’d like to cancel by the 8th.
Any cancellation request received less than 7 days before the billing date or after your billing date will be processed for the following billing date and you will be charged for that month.
If you cancel before the first 3 months have passed, you will still be charged for those 3 months.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by completing the Cancellation Request Form. You’ll get an email from us confirming the termination of your Auto-Renew program.
Will these prices go up?
Your current Auto-Renew pricing is guaranteed for 12 months, starting on the first date of your purchase. If prices go up beyond that, we would notify you and give you the opportunity to continue or cancel at that point.
