How it works
We automatically charge your credit card once per month. On your billing date, 20 classes will be issued to your account for use during that billing cycle. You’ll be able to book up to 20 classes freely. Any day, any time.
Please note that at the end of the billing cycle, any unused classes are not carried forward.
If you’d like to purchase additional classes at your preferred member rate, you can do this easily through the website. This preferred member rate on classes can only be applied to classes for the member, not for guests.
As we have limited spots in classes, we require that clients cancel bookings that they can no longer attend at least 3 hours before the start of the class. Every Late Cancel (a cancellation less than 3 hours prior to class) will incur a $10 + HST charge, and every No Show will incur a $20 + HST charge. This also includes Late Cancels/No Shows if you did not remove yourself from a waitlist when you could no longer attend, and were added to the class.
We appreciate you cancelling your booking online through your Mindbody account as this is the most efficient way to free up your spot for someone else. Calling or emailing us to cancel your booking means there may be a delay that would prevent someone on a waitlist from being able to come to class.
Memberships are not transferable or shareable.

What forms of payment are accepted for the Auto-Renew Willow Membership?
A credit card is required for our Willow Membership program. No other form of payment is accepted.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be charged on the same date each month. If a month only has 30 days and the billing date is the 31st, your charge will occur on the 30th.
What if I need to skip a month of classes because I’m going away/giving birth/have surgery planned, etc.?
You can pause your Willow Membership once per year for one month or for two consecutive months, while staying on your current pricing. To pause your membership, contact us with the dates you would like the contract to be paused for. The dates that you pause your membership for do not need to line up with your billing dates.
This is a great option for our clients who are going on vacation, have suffered an injury, are giving birth, or who will be out of town for long periods of time.
How Do I cancel my Willow Membership?
Your Willow Membership can be cancelled without penalty, as long as the cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
For example, if your billing date is the 15th of each month, you need to let us know you’d like to cancel by the 8th.
Any cancellation request received less than 7 days before the billing date or after your billing date will be processed for the following billing date and you will be charged for that month.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing us at info@willowptbo.com. You’ll get an email from us confirming the termination of your Willow Membership.
Will I be able to book classes immediately?
If you are purchasing the Willow Membership in person, you have the option to pay your first autopayment immediately OR when your contract is set to begin. If you pay immediately, you will have immediate access to book your classes on all the calendars posted. If you choose not to pay until your contract begins, you will not be able to book classes until the date your contract begins and your first autopayment is processed.
