Join us for Kids Yoga this April/May, just for kids aged 4 to 8 years old!
Combining creative breathwork, games, guided imagery, music, movement, gratitude and relaxation, this is an informal class designed to spark an interest in yoga. Kids will learn valuable tools and techniques that they can use through life’s many challenges.
Taught by Kim McLean, a certified yoga teacher, ECE, and former Kindergarten teacher.
Tuesdays: April 5th to May 24th; 3:45pm – 4:30pm
Kids are encouraged to bring a mat from home, as well as a blanket and water bottle. If your child does not have a mat, they can use one from the studio.
$115 + HST for the 8-week pre-registered program.
If your child has to miss a class, we aren’t able to offer a refund or make-up classes. However, you’re welcome to send a friend or sibling in their place (as long as they aren’t close contacts of a COVID case or symptomatic).
